Capital Planning and Space Management
The Office of Capital Planning and Space Management (CPSM) supports the academic, research and administrative mission of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The Controller’s Office is a unit of Financial Services within the Division of Administration and Finance. The Controller’s Office is responsible for producing fair and accurate financial reports, providing financial system oversight to monitor the integrity of Institute data, and developing & managing a system of accounting policies & procedures and a system of internal controls to ensure compliance with Institute, Board of Regents, State and Federal guidelines.
