Capital Planning and Space Management
The Office of Capital Planning and Space Management (CPSM) supports the academic, research and administrative mission of the Georgia Institute of Technology. We advance the goals and programs of the Institute's colleges, schools, research centers and departments through the development of solutions designed to maximize Georgia Tech's facilities, infrastructure, property and physical assets. Controller’s Office
The Controller’s Office is a unit of Financial Services within the Division of Administration and Finance. The Controller’s Office is responsible for producing fair and accurate financial reports, providing financial system oversight to monitor the integrity of Institute data, and developing & managing a system of accounting policies & procedures and a system of internal controls to ensure compliance with Institute, Board of Regents, State and Federal guidelines. The Controller’s Office provides services in the areas of Affiliate Accounting, Capital Assets Accounting, Financial Systems Management, General Accounting and Reporting, and Georgia Tech Foundation Accounting. Enterprise Project Management
The Mission of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) organization is to provide project management services, mentoring, and education that enable the realization of the Georgia Tech strategic vision. EPM’s services will result in transparency; encourage collaboration and innovation; and leverage skills and expertise throughout the institute. The goals of the Enterprise Project Management are to: Provide project management support to Institute and IPRM Projects In collaboration with OOD, provide project mentoring and education Facilitate discussion on project management methodology and processes Facilitate Strategic Technology Investment Collaboration (STIC- aka IT Governance) Provide an overall portfolio view of Georgia Tech institute projects. The Office of Grants & Contracts Accounting is part of Financial Services within the Division of Institute Planning and Resource Management. Division of Institute Planning and Resource Management Offices support the Georgia Institute of Technology in fulfilling its mission of research, education, and public service. Institute Budget Planning and Administration
The mission of the Georgia Tech Office of Budget Planning and Administration (“Budget Office”) is to: Prepare, maintain, monitor and develop reporting mechanisms, systems and databases on all annual institutional budgets at Georgia Tech according to established Institute and University System of Georgia policies; Assist budget staff and administrative heads of colleges, schools, and other Institute units in executing the approved annual budgets; Provide assistance to executive staff in long-term budgeting and program planning for Georgia Tech. The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) is responsible for the development and maintenance of data resources to support the strategic planning and policy-making processes at Georgia Tech. Real Estate Development
The Office of Real Estate Development is responsible for the acquisition, sale, leasing, development, encumbrance, and strategic planning of Tech;s real property assets, and the management, construction, and financing of non-academic real estate.
